CHANGES TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT!

Starting next week, all recreation administration will be occurring at the HMS Insurance Centre (formally the North Middlesex Arena and Fitness Centre).

What does this change?

  • All facility rental contracts, all key pickups, all payments, and any other recreation related items will occur at the HMS Insurance Centre. A reception desk has been added to our lobby to better serve our community.

What does this improve?

  • This increases the length of time that keys can be picked up and dropped off as well as contracts that need signatures.
  • During the winter months, the arena has a member of the operations team on until 11:00pm most nights 7 days a week. While they will be unable to take payment, they will be able to provide renters with keys and anything else that needs to be picked up after hours.
