The Municipality of North Middlesex (Municipality) provides this mulch free of charge on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with no representations or warranties—express or implied—as to its quality, safety, or fitness for any purpose.
The mulch may contain weeds, insects, glass, metal, other contaminants, and/or differing types of wood and is not guaranteed or certified for use in gardens, landscaping, or similar applications.
By taking mulch, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with its collection, transport, storage, and use, and you hereby fully release and indemnify the Municipality from all liability related to the mulch. This mulch is intended for residential use only and is not intended for human or animal consumption.
